We are a cleaning standards and operations consultancy for corporate and high end environments. We design, implement, and manage systems that deliver consistent, measurable results.
Corporate businesses, premium commercial spaces, and high end client facing environments, including healthcare environments. We do not offer domestic services.
We work with offices, retail environments, salons, clinics, educational settings, and healthcare environments. If your premises are not listed, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Yes. Full public liability cover is in place.
Yes. All services are delivered in line with relevant health and safety requirements, including COSHH where applicable.
Yes. Through managed delivery. All work is carried out under Clarionyx standards, systems, and supervision.
Our standard service includes:
We operate from a defined checklist baseline, with the final scope tailored to each site. Deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans, high grade specialist cleaning, and services requiring specialist equipment are not included as part of the standard service.
We offer both one off and ongoing contracted services. All services are delivered in line with a defined minimum time allocation to ensure standards can be achieved and maintained. Contracted services benefit from preferential, discounted rates.
Yes. We specify and supply what is required, or integrate with your existing setup.
Yes. We can manage multiple locations, with a structured initial consultation required. All sites are managed under central oversight, with consistent standards applied across each location.
We operate seven days a week between 07:00 and 19:00. We adapt to client requirements and can provide out of hours services where needed. Weekend and out of hours services are subject to a premium rate, with preferential rates available for contracted clients.
Yes. Most clients retain us for ongoing audits, system management, and performance control.
We assess your space, recommend the most suitable service package, and implement a structured cleaning system with ongoing oversight where required.
An initial consultation is required to understand your requirements. Site visits can be arranged where necessary, followed by a tailored proposal. The service start date is then agreed in line with your operational needs.
Our pricing is based on a fixed hourly rate, determined by the scope, complexity, and operational requirements of your environment. Following an initial assessment, we establish:
This ensures accurate, transparent pricing aligned with the standard of delivery expected. We do not charge administrative or hidden fees. All costs are clearly outlined prior to service delivery. For ongoing contracted services, preferential rates are applied.
Yes. All services are delivered in line with a defined minimum time allocation to ensure standards can be achieved and maintained.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Quotes are provided following an initial assessment of your requirements.
Yes. We ask that any changes to scheduled services are communicated with a minimum of 48 hours notice to allow for operational planning.
For one off services, deposits are non refundable. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a charge.
For contracted services, a minimum notice period is required for amendments or termination. Full terms are outlined within your service agreement.
Yes. All operatives are DBS checked, assessed, and continuously monitored in line with Clarionyx standards.
