Kathleen leads all client-facing activity at Clarionyx, from initial enquiry through to account management and commercial strategy. She is responsible for understanding what each client needs and ensuring the programmes we build reflect that precisely.

Her focus is on building long-term relationships with businesses that take their environment seriously, and on positioning Clarionyx as a consultancy partner rather than just another cleaning provider.

Operations Director

Remi oversees everything that happens after the contract is signed. Staff selection and vetting, scheduling, quality control, compliance systems, and the day-to-day management of every programme Clarionyx delivers.

With a background spanning operations management across multiple industries, he brings the systems thinking and operational discipline that sets Clarionyx apart from providers who simply place people on sites and hope for the best.
